- Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis to understand client goals and risk tolerance.
- Design and manage personalized wealth portfolios aligned with client objectives.
- Provide comprehensive consultations on investment products, insurance, and retirement planning.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide timely investment advice.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant financial advisory certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP, CPF) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in wealth management, financial sales, or banking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and acquiring new clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
