Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis for new and existing clients to understand their financial goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's financial products and investment strategies.
  • Present tailored financial solutions and portfolio recommendations to meet specific client objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective consultative selling.
  • Build and nurture a strong network of professional and personal referrals.
  • Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and portfolio performance in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets and a competitive spirit.
  • Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or Series 7/66 are highly desirable.
  • High integrity and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
