Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow client portfolios by providing tailored financial advice and product recommendations.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling banking products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Stay abreast of market trends and new financial products by attending training sessions and educational workshops.
- Document all client interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking sales, financial advisory, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse client demographics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid banking license or relevant financial certifications are a plus.
