- Develop and implement comprehensive weapon training programs for security personnel

- Ensure all training activities comply with legal regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Stay updated on the latest weapon technologies, security protocols, and training methodologies
- Collaborate with security management to continuously improve training programs
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a weapon trainer or tactical instructor in a security or military setting
- Certification in weapon handling and safety training
- Strong knowledge of relevant security regulations and legal requirements
- Excellent communication and demonstration skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Valid weapons handling certification and relevant security licenses
- Experience developing and delivering training programs
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to different learning styles
