Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily product uploads, including image editing, pricing updates, and descriptive copy refinement.
- Ensure inventory levels are accurately reflected on the website to prevent overselling and maintain customer trust.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve broken links, navigation issues, or slow-loading pages.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales departments to execute seasonal promotions and featured product collections.
- Monitor website performance metrics and report technical issues to the IT support team promptly.
- Maintain database consistency by performing regular reconciliations between the warehouse management system and the e-commerce platform.
- Optimize product categories and tags to improve searchability and SEO performance across the site.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, web content management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento) and basic image editing software.
- Strong understanding of inventory management best practices and e-commerce workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical website issues.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with strong written communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to meet strict deadlines.
