We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join the Mid Solutions Nusantara team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centric, and visually stunning digital experiences that align with our brand identity. You will bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring that every pixel serves a purpose and every interaction feels seamless. As part of our creative department, you will work closely with product managers and developers to transform complex requirements into elegant, functional designs. You will focus on creating responsive layouts that look great on all devices while maintaining high performance standards. Your creative input will be vital in driving user engagement and achieving our business goals through superior design.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web applications and websites.
- Create wireframes, site maps, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure design fidelity is maintained during the coding phase.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user journey.
- Optimize web assets for speed and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Maintain and update existing design systems and style guides.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer (minimum 2 years).
- A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects with mobile-responsive layouts.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or Sketch.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a significant advantage.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
