Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-centric web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database queries and frontend performance.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team quality.
- Ensure web applications are secure, accessible, and compliant with SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve our products.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Web Developer (Mid-Senior Level).
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Python.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
