We are looking for a talented Web Developer (WordPress) to join our team in Cabancalan, Cebu. As our Web Developer, you will be the driving force behind our online presence, crafting responsive, user-friendly WordPress websites that effectively communicate our mission to patients, partners, and the community.
In this full-time role, you will take ownership of the entire development lifecycle—from initial concept and design collaboration to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Your expertise in WordPress customization, plugin development, and performance optimization will be crucial to creating seamless digital experiences. You will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare and IT professionals who are dedicated to innovation and excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
- Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to implement attractive and functional web pages
- Manage website maintenance, updates, and security measures
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues across browsers and devices
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed
- Conduct website testing and quality assurance before deployment
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, best practices, and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Experience with custom theme and plugin development
- Familiarity with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Knowledge of website security best practices and performance optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment in Cabancalan, Cebu
