Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor web printing machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of printing equipment
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain clean work environment
- Collaborate with quality control team to inspect and approve finished products
- Document production data and maintain accurate equipment records
- Train and mentor junior machine operators on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating web printing machinery or similar equipment
- Technical knowledge of printing processes and machinery maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and production specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Basic computer literacy for data recording and equipment monitoring
- Relevant vocational training or certification in printing technology preferred
