PERSOL is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Master (Assistant Manager) to join our team for a fixed-term 1-year contract. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the company's website UI/UX design and implementation to ensure a user-friendly and engaging experience.
- Execute and monitor comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits to improve search engine rankings.
- Provide robust technical support and troubleshooting for web-related issues, ensuring 99.9% uptime and system stability.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align web development with digital marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Conduct regular website performance analysis and implement best practices for speed, security, and accessibility compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior web developers and designers to foster professional growth within the team.
- Manage CMS updates, plugin installations, and content management workflows efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Web Master, Web Development, or Assistant Manager roles.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or custom solutions).
- Proven track record of successful SEO implementation and analysis using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing tools, and responsive design standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
