Join EY's dynamic digital team as a Web Publishing Specialist and take ownership of our Americas intranet ecosystem using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This critical role involves curating, uploading, tagging, and publishing high-impact content while ensuring seamless ey.com updates. You'll drive digital excellence by optimizing page performance, implementing quality assurance protocols, and enhancing user experience across all touchpoints. Collaborate with global teams to align content with strategic objectives, maintain governance standards, and deliver timely intranet updates that empower our workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end AEM content lifecycle for Americas intranet including upload, tagging, publishing, and version control
- Optimize web pages for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness while maintaining brand consistency
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure accurate and timely updates to ey.com corporate website
- Implement content governance frameworks and quality assurance protocols for all published materials
- Analyze user engagement metrics to continuously improve content strategy and information architecture
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and communications teams to align digital initiatives
- Develop and maintain content templates, style guides, and publishing workflows
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or enterprise CMS platforms
- Proven expertise in web publishing, content lifecycle management, and intranet administration
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Experience with content governance, quality assurance, and performance optimization techniques
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional global teams
- Certification in AEM or related digital technologies preferred
