Manhwa Kita Culture is seeking a dedicated Webtoon Project Manager to lead our creative production workflows. In this role, you will be the backbone of our studio, ensuring that high-quality digital content is delivered seamlessly from concept to publication.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire end-to-end production lifecycle for multiple webtoon projects.
- Manage team assignments, ensuring clear communication and efficient task distribution among staff.
- Perform high-level quality assurance checks to ensure creative output meets studio standards.
- Directly supervise the translation and localization process to maintain narrative integrity.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure strict adherence to release deadlines.
- Act as the primary liaison between creative teams, artists, and stakeholders.
- Implement workflow improvements to enhance productivity and reduce production bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management regarding project status and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in creative, publishing, or animation industries.
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Indonesian, with a keen eye for linguistic nuance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex schedules simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and conflict resolution.
- Deep understanding of the webtoon/manhwa industry and current market trends.
- Proficiency in digital project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana, or similar).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to quality control.
