You will work intimately with our clients from the initial planning stages, through the event rehearsal, and on the momentous day itself. You will personally attend to the wedding couple and their VIP guests, allowing them to relax and fully immerse themselves in every precious moment. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned wedding couples, managing all pre-event, event, and post-event service requirements.
- Conduct detailed wedding consultations to understand the couple's vision, preferences, and specific needs, creating a personalized service plan.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Banquets, Culinary, Housekeeping, Concierge) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of the wedding timeline.
- Oversee the setup, rehearsal, and breakdown of wedding events, ensuring all details are perfectly arranged according to the couple's specifications.
- Provide discreet, intuitive, and anticipatory service to the wedding party throughout the event, managing any last-minute requests or unforeseen issues.
- Manage VIP guest experiences, including accommodation, transportation, and special requests related to the wedding.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of all hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to offer bespoke recommendations and arrangements.
- Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback to continuously improve the wedding service experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel setting, preferably in banquets, guest relations, or a dedicated guest service role.
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clients.
- Impeccable grooming, poise, and a professional demeanor aligned with a luxury lifestyle brand.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and resourceful in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is a strong advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the wedding schedule.
