Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative wedding decor concepts, mood boards, and detailed design proposals.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a cohesive aesthetic.
- Manage the end-to-end installation and styling process, ensuring all elements are placed with perfection.
- Source, coordinate, and supervise vendors for floral arrangements, lighting, furniture, and custom props.
- Maintain high-quality standards during event setup and ensure smooth transitions during the wedding day.
- Manage inventory of decor assets, ensuring all items are well-maintained and organized.
- Collaborate effectively with photographers, wedding planners, and venue staff to ensure a seamless execution of the event vision.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in wedding styling, event decor, interior design, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create diverse wedding aesthetics.
- Deep understanding of current design trends, color palettes, and texture combinations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform physical work related to set-up and tear-down of wedding decor.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred to facilitate communication with local vendors and international clients.
