- Respond promptly to all wedding inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' preferences, budget, and vision
- Create customized wedding quotations and proposals showcasing premium Bali venues
- Guide clients through the entire booking process with seamless follow-ups
- Collaborate with wedding planning team to execute flawless event experiences
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Track sales metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Stay updated on Bali wedding trends and competitive offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in sales or wedding/events industry experience
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred
