Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with prospective clients to understand wedding vision, preferences, and budget requirements
- Present and customize wedding packages, venue options, and premium services
- Manage sales pipeline from initial inquiry through contract signing and post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with event planners, decorators, and vendors to deliver seamless client experiences
- Develop and maintain relationships with wedding industry partners and venue suppliers
- Track sales metrics and identify opportunities for package optimization
- Attend bridal fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, events, or wedding industry
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong knowledge of Bali's wedding venues, venues, and tourism landscape
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for client meetings
- Professional appearance with polished interpersonal skills
