- Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Clear tables efficiently, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash or credit card transactions.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
