Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm, professional welcome to all guests and visitors
- Coordinate guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements for events
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with security, housekeeping, and F&B teams
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and communication records
- Assist with special event coordination and VIP接待
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Knowledge of Bali tourism landscape preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
