Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and welding procedures to determine optimal fabrication methods
- Operate and maintain automated welding equipment including robotic systems and CNC controls
- Perform precision welding operations on various metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys
- Conduct quality inspections using non-destructive testing methods and dimensional verification tools
- Document welding processes, material usage, and quality control results per ISO standards
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve workflows
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment and adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional welding experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
- Technical certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes
- Familiarity with automated welding systems and computer-aided fabrication tools
- Strong attention to detail with quality inspection capabilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments
- Physical stamina to handle extended periods of standing and precise manual work
