We are looking for a dedicated Welder (6G TIG) and a proficient Machinist (Conventional Lathe) to support our manufacturing and fabrication operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality 6G TIG welding operations or precision machining on conventional lathes according to engineering blueprints and specifications.
- Ensure all work meets strict quality control standards and safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper finishing and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of welding and machining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and production targets efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders accurately.
- Adhere to company policies, including safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid 6G TIG certification (for Welder role) or a relevant Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Fabrication (for Machinist role).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the respective trade (TIG welding or Conventional Lathe operation).
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Proven track record of maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor duties as required.
