Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) on various structures as per project specifications.
- Interpret and follow complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding procedure specifications (WPS).
- Ensure all welds meet structural integrity and safety standards (ASME/AWS/Migas).
- Perform pre-welding preparation, including material cleaning, fit-up, and alignment.
- Conduct regular inspection of equipment and tools to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the welding supervisor and quality control team to ensure project milestones are met.
- Adhere strictly to all company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an FCAW Welder in heavy industry or construction projects.
- Must possess a valid Certification of Competency (Sertifikat Kompetensi) from BNSP, Kemnaker, or Migas.
- Strong knowledge of welding symbols, materials, and metallurgy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in demanding site environments.
- High level of physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces if required.
- Willingness to be deployed to any Lintech Duta Pratama project site as assigned.
- Strong discipline and commitment to workplace safety regulations.
