Tanggung Jawab
- Execute precision welding and fabrication work on tanks, jackets, and associated metal structures.
- Interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
- Operate various fabrication machinery, including cutters, grinders, and heavy-duty welding equipment.
- Perform regular inspection of finished welds to ensure structural integrity and cosmetic excellence.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations (WSH) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition through routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets without compromising quality.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Welder, Fabricator, or in a related manufacturing role.
- Strong proficiency in TIG/MIG/Arc welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical schematics.
- Sound knowledge of metal properties and appropriate welding heat adjustments.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and work in diverse manufacturing conditions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality control standards.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS or local industry accreditation) are highly preferred.
