- Perform precision welding tasks on metal components using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings to execute welding plans
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Conduct thorough inspections of welded joints for quality and compliance with specifications
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and hazard identification
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve fabrication challenges
- Document welding activities and maintain accurate work records
- Assist in troubleshooting welding-related issues during project execution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a certified Welder Technician
- Valid welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong knowledge of metallurgy and welding processes
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and outdoor conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
