Join Ebara Elliott Energy as a Welding Repair Engineer (Rotating Equipment) and drive engineering excellence through innovative solutions for critical machinery. You'll develop specialized welding repairs for rotating equipment including turbines, compressors, and pumps, ensuring optimal performance and longevity in energy infrastructure. This role requires hands-on expertise in metallurgy, advanced welding techniques, and failure analysis to resolve complex industrial challenges while adhering to ASME and AWS standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose equipment failures, design repair methodologies, and implement cost-effective solutions. You'll contribute to operational efficiency by reducing downtime through precision welding interventions and predictive maintenance strategies. Ideal candidates will combine technical rigor with practical problem-solving skills to maintain the integrity of mission-critical assets in demanding industrial environments.

- Develop specialized welding repair procedures for rotating equipment failures
- Conduct metallurgical analysis and non-destructive testing of damaged components
- Design welding solutions compliant with ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1 standards
- Execute precision repairs on turbines, pumps, and compressors using TIG/MIG/SMAW processes
- Document repair methodologies and maintain technical specifications database
- Train maintenance teams on welding best practices and quality control procedures
- Optimize repair strategies to extend asset lifecycle and reduce operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy
- 5+ years' experience in welding repair of rotating equipment
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or AWS CW certification
- Expertise in GTAW, FCAW, and SAW welding techniques
- Strong understanding of metallurgy, heat treatment, and corrosion control
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and stress analysis tools
- Experience with API 610/617 standards for turbomachinery
