As a Well Systems Project Engineer, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of well intervention and completion projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are met with precision, safety, and efficiency. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of critical energy assets, supporting Baker Hughes' mission to revolutionize energy through technology.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full project lifecycle from conceptual design and planning through to commissioning and handover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and manage scope creep effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations throughout project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial constraints.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement robust mitigation strategies for complex technical challenges.
- Communicate complex engineering concepts to clients, management, and technical teams in a clear, professional manner.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management or engineering within the oil and gas or energy services sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of well intervention systems, subsea equipment, or drilling technologies.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities.
- Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to job sites and project locations as required.
