Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert consultations to prospective and existing clients, recommending customized TCM treatments and wellness packages.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent lead follow-up and proactive relationship management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our TCM services and health packages to accurately articulate benefits to clients.
- Ensure a seamless client experience from the initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with TCM physicians to ensure treatment plans align with client wellness goals.
- Handle administrative documentation and payment processing with high accuracy.
- Represent the clinic with professionalism, maintaining the high standards expected at our Orchard location.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience within the beauty, wellness, or TCM industry.
- Fluent in English and a second language to communicate effectively with our diverse client base.
- Highly target-driven with a resilient and positive "can-do" attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term trust with clients.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance consistent with the premium wellness sector.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- Knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine principles is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
