In this pivotal role, you will oversee the performance of all branch operations staff to ensure that the highest standards of service and client satisfaction are consistently achieved. Your leadership will drive the development and implementation of innovative wellness programs that enhance client experiences and operational efficiency. You'll manage daily operations, including staff training, performance monitoring, and compliance with industry regulations, while fostering a positive work environment that aligns with our wellness philosophy. - Oversee all branch operations staff to ensure performance standards are met and exceeded
- Develop and implement strategic wellness programs aligned with company objectives
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations
- Monitor branch financial performance and identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular operational audits and implement improvement initiatives
- Lead by example in promoting a culture of wellness and excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial roles within wellness or hospitality
- Proven track record in staff leadership and performance management
- Strong knowledge of wellness program development and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in wellness management or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office and management software systems
