Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional front desk service and serve as the first point of contact for all guests
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy in all transactions
- Promote and explain wellness packages, treatments, and facilities to guests
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
- Assist with reservation management and ensure availability of wellness services
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere that reflects our wellness philosophy
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service or front office roles within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Strong understanding of wellness concepts and ability to explain services clearly
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
