Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional front desk service and serve as the first point of contact for all guests
  • Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy in all transactions
  • Promote and explain wellness packages, treatments, and facilities to guests
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
  • Assist with reservation management and ensure availability of wellness services

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in customer service or front office roles within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
  • Strong understanding of wellness concepts and ability to explain services clearly
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
