Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all wellness and recreational facilities including pools, fitness centers, and spas
- Provide exceptional guest assistance, information about amenities, and personalized service to enhance guest experiences
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, maintenance checks, and report operational issues to maintenance teams
- Enforce health and safety protocols while maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Coordinate recreational activities, events, and reservations for guests using leisure facilities
- Collaborate with spa, fitness, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist in training new staff on facility operations, safety procedures, and service standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, recreation management, or guest services preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment, pool maintenance, and recreational safety protocols
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform facility maintenance tasks
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities in guest service scenarios
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required by hotel operations
- Professional appearance and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
