- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Western dishes in accordance with standardized recipes.
- Develop and innovate menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current trends.
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock rotation.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste while optimizing quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure guest satisfaction and special dietary requirements.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 years of experience as a Western Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant.
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a team.
- Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
