Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook a wide range of high-quality Western dishes according to established recipes and menu standards.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Manage food inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize waste through careful portion control and storage practices.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation and seamless service during peak hours.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure all dishes meet the establishment's aesthetic and flavor standards.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and seasonal specials to keep the culinary offering fresh and competitive.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any technical issues immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Proven professional experience as a Western Chef, Cook, or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of Western culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and HACCP guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Relevant vocational degree or certification in Culinary Arts is a significant advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
