Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality Western dishes according to standard recipes and menu plans.
- Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and minimize food waste efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment following strict hygiene regulations.
- Develop creative menu items and specials based on seasonal ingredients and guest feedback.
- Supervise kitchen staff, including apprentices, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor food costs and portion control to maintain profitability and quality standards.
- Ensure timely service and coordination with the front-of-house team.
Kualifikasi
- Culinary degree or certificate from a recognized culinary institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Western Chef in a hotel or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate the kitchen team.
- Valid food safety and hygiene certificates (HACCP preferred).
