- Prepare and cook high-quality Western dishes according to established recipes and menu standards.
- Ensure consistency in food presentation, flavor, and portion control for every dish served.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation following strict food safety (HACCP) regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock and ingredient preparation.
- Proactively contribute to kitchen operations, including menu development and special event preparation.
- Maintain professional conduct and equipment maintenance standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Western Cook or Chef De Partie in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Deep understanding of Western culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.
