Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality Western dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure kitchen stations are fully stocked and organized before, during, and after service.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP/Hygiene standards).
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality and consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.
- Support the team during peak hours, ensuring efficient service and timely dish delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Cook in a Western restaurant or premium hotel setting.
- Deep understanding of Western cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, poaching, roasting, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and cross-contamination prevention.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, learning-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Education: Vocational degree (SMK) in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
