- Lead the industrialization and optimization of wet etch processes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wet etching and semiconductor processing
- Strong knowledge of wet chemistry principles and process optimization techniques
- Experience with bench-scale process development and characterization
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality methodologies
- Ability to troubleshoot complex process issues and implement effective solutions
