- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing high-value deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics to optimize performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base within the fintech sector.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales or Fintech sales with a focus on closing.
- Strong full-cycle sales capabilities (Prospecting -> Closing).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-disciplined and capable of working effectively in a remote/WFH setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
