Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualify B2B leads and generate new sales opportunities for the assigned territory.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) to meticulously track interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations, build strong rapport, and uncover their specific business pain points and needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executives to refine lead qualification criteria and ensure a smooth handoff of high-quality leads.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, scheduled meetings, and overall pipeline contribution.
  • Perform ongoing market research to identify new potential accounts, market trends, and verticals for the sales team to pursue.
  • Provide detailed and actionable feedback from prospect conversations to the marketing and sales leadership teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of daily activity and diligently update call logs, email interactions, and lead statuses to ensure data accuracy.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a B2B Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales role (at least 1 to 2 years of solid experience).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and confidently.
  • Strong resilience and a persistent "hunter" mentality, with the demonstrated ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and common sales engagement platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working fully remotely, equipped with reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet home office setup.
  • Strong goal-orientation with a proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding KPIs and activity targets.
  • Available to work full-time, standard business hours (flexibility for overlapping shifts is a plus).
