About the Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our US-based customers. You will assist with scheduling lawn care services, managing billing inquiries, troubleshooting common service issues, and ensuring every customer has a seamless experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with scheduling lawn care services, managing billing issues, and updating account information.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or service disruptions.
- Utilize CRM software to document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handle Time (AHT), and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
- Escalate complex technical or operational issues to the appropriate department (e.g., Operations, Billing) for timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with LawnStarter's evolving products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a high school graduate; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a strong plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service, Call Center, or BPO environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral or neutral American accent preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Must be comfortable working in a Work From Home setup with reliable high-speed internet (at least 15 Mbps).
- Amenable to work a fixed-term contract from June to September, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk) is an advantage.
