Tanggung Jawab
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for retail technology systems, including POS, IoT devices, and digital signage across the APAC region.
- Install, configure, and maintain IP camera and surveillance systems (NVRs, DVRs) ensuring 24/7 operational integrity.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, switches, routers, firewalls) to guarantee optimal performance and uptime for retail stores.
- Manage and support IoT deployments, including environmental sensors, smart shelves, and asset tracking systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for retail-specific applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and customer experience.
- Coordinate with global engineering and product teams to escalate complex technical issues and participate in system upgrades and rollouts.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system configuration records.
- Conduct regular health checks, preventative maintenance, and performance optimization on critical retail technology assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, Network Engineer, or IT Support Specialist, preferably in a retail or multi-site environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with IP camera systems (CCTV, NVRs) and network infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki, or equivalent).
- Proven experience with IoT technologies, cloud-based management platforms (AWS, Azure), and remote monitoring tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for both hardware and network issues, with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule to support APAC time zones and provide on-call support when necessary.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and global technical teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Security+, or similar) are highly advantageous.
