As our lead specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated 3-statement models and delivering high-level investor reporting. You will act as the bridge between raw data and executive strategy, using AI-driven tools to automate complex workflows and provide real-time insights that traditional methods simply can't match. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain complex 3-statement financial models for global startup clients.
- Lead the integration of AI tools and LLMs to automate financial data extraction and analysis.
- Prepare high-quality investor reporting packages and board-level financial presentations.
- Design and implement scalable financial systems and ERP workflows.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity across all financial platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and FinTech to maintain a competitive edge in reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Financial Systems, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in 3-statement financial modeling.
- Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., Python, ChatGPT API, Power Automate) for financial automation.
- Strong background in working with global startups or high-growth technology companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI/Tableau).
