BruntWork is on an exciting growth trajectory, and we are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer (React / Node / AWS) to architect and build our next-generation SaaS HR platform. This is not a maintenance role; this is a greenfield project where you will be the technical backbone, making critical decisions on the stack, architecture, and deployment strategies. If you have 3 to 6 years of experience and a passion for building scalable, user-centric web applications, this is your chance to shine.
In this role, you will work with a global team of talented professionals, leveraging modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-first methodologies. You will design robust RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js, craft intuitive and responsive UI components with React.js, and manage the entire lifecycle of our cloud infrastructure on AWS (utilizing services like Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, and EC2). Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full-cycle development of a greenfield SaaS HR platform, from architecture to deployment.
- Design, build, and maintain highly scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Develop dynamic, feature-rich front-end interfaces using React.js, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing services like Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, EC2, and CloudFront.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver new features.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to elevate the overall quality of the engineering team.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or equivalent role.
- Advanced proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API) and modern front-end build pipelines.
- Deep expertise in Node.js and JavaScript runtime environments, with strong knowledge of Express.js or similar frameworks.
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (Serverless architecture with Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3).
- Solid understanding of database technologies, including both relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on performance, security, and accessibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
