- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claims.
- Process and manage policy renewals and remarket existing accounts to ensure continuous coverage.
- Utilize industry-standard software, specifically QuoteRush and Client Dynamics, to generate quotes and update client records.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all customer interactions and policy changes.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving service delivery and client retention.
- Assist in cross-selling insurance products to existing clients based on their needs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in using QuoteRush and Client Dynamics systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology, policy types, and renewal processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
