  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claims.
  • Process and manage policy renewals and remarket existing accounts to ensure continuous coverage.
  • Utilize industry-standard software, specifically QuoteRush and Client Dynamics, to generate quotes and update client records.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all customer interactions and policy changes.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving service delivery and client retention.
  • Assist in cross-selling insurance products to existing clients based on their needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in using QuoteRush and Client Dynamics systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of insurance terminology, policy types, and renewal processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
