BruntWork, a premier remote staffing company, is looking for an experienced Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will specialize in providing vital insurance coverage to boat and yacht owners across the United States.
This is a 100% remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while earning a competitive income and enjoying US benefits. You must have an active US P&C license and a strong sales acumen.
Your Role: You will be the frontline expert, handling sales inquiries, advising clients on their coverage needs, and closing policies. You will use your expertise to navigate complex insurance questions and provide peace of mind to our clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from potential clients regarding boat and yacht insurance.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored Property & Casualty insurance solutions.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions clearly and effectively.
- Complete insurance applications and process policy changes, including renewals and cancellations.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for issued policies and revenue.
- Strictly adhere to all insurance regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure seamless policy issuance.
Kualifikasi
- Active US Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (neutral accent preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a backup connection.
- Own a laptop or desktop computer with the latest operating system.
- Ability to work full-time during US Eastern Standard Time business hours (8 am – 5 pm EST).
- Self-disciplined, highly organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience with comparative rater software and CRM platforms is a plus.
