Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct dynamic English lessons for children aged 4-12 using Zoom or our proprietary platform.
- Design and implement lesson plans that are engaging, interactive, and tailored to student proficiency levels.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to boost student confidence and participation.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and students.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and student performance within the learning management system.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Resolve classroom management issues effectively to maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree holder or currently pursuing a degree (Working students are welcome).
- Fluent in English with excellent pronunciation and communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching children.
- Ability to use basic computer applications and navigate online teaching tools.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays (optional).
- TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
