- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform curriculum development
- Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and recommendations for educational content
- Collaborate with curriculum developers to translate research findings into practical learning materials
- Stay updated with the latest developments in relevant fields to ensure curriculum remains current and relevant
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations
- Support the development of learning objectives and assessment strategies based on research data
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between research and curriculum goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of research processes and methodologies for future reference
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Research, Education, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience as a Research Analyst or similar role, preferably in educational content development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting research findings
- Proficiency in research methodologies, data collection techniques, and analytical tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with curriculum development processes and educational frameworks
