Tanggung Jawab
- Create and design professional client proposals and visual mockups using Figma.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance proposal content and streamline the design workflow.
- Manage project timelines and deadlines using Google Workspace (G-Suite) applications.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their creative needs and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure visual consistency and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal review and strategy meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Figma with a strong eye for design and layout.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in creative design and copywriting.
- Advanced skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a fully remote (WFH) setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or creative support is highly desirable.
