LawnStarter is seeking a motivated Work From Home Sales Representative to connect with customers across Metro Manila. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, conduct outbound calls, and guide prospects through the sales funnel, delivering a seamless customer experience from first contact to closing the deal. Your ability to communicate clearly in Englishâboth spoken and writtenâwill be key to establishing trust and achieving monthly targets.
We provide a robust compensation package that features a base salary of up to PHP 78,000 per month, complemented by a 13thâmonth bonus and performanceâbased incentives. - Manage inbound customer calls and emails, responding to product inquiries with accurate information.
- Initiate outbound sales calls to prospects, present solutions, and close sales in accordance with targets.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product changes and sales strategies.
- Handle customer objections professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Kualifikasi
- Proven phone sales experience, preferably in a B2C or B2B environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills.
- Selfâmotivated, able to work independently in a homeâoffice setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree is a plus.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and problemâsolving abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
