In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise to provide high-level mentorship to students remotely. We are looking for a passionate educator who can bridge the gap between traditional artistic techniques and modern digital workflows, helping students refine their unique styles while mastering industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging, remote coaching sessions for students of varying skill levels.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback on student artwork to foster technical and creative growth.
- Develop and curate lesson plans that cover anatomy, character design, storytelling, and coloring techniques.
- Mentor students on building a professional portfolio that stands out in the competitive anime industry.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in anime and manga to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Assist students in troubleshooting digital art software and tools.
- Communicate effectively with learners to build a supportive and motivating learning community.
Kualifikasi
- Proven professional experience in creating Anime and Manga art (published works or high-level freelance experience required).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in anatomy, perspective, and character design.
- Previous experience in art coaching, teaching, or mentoring is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard digital art tools (e.g., Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, Procreate).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain complex artistic concepts in an accessible and encouraging manner.
- Self-disciplined and reliable, capable of managing a remote workload effectively.
