Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve performance targets
- Optimize inventory levels and distribution strategies for US market distribution channels
- Implement and maintain Amazon FBA compliance protocols and operational standards
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced Excel tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions and mitigate operational risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in supply chain management with US distributor exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Proven expertise in Amazon FBA operations, inventory placement, and compliance
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- Knowledge of logistics software (ERP/WMS systems) and transportation management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
