Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze schedule adherence across all vendor operations to identify trends and potential bottlenecks.
- Proactively address non-compliance issues and productivity deviations by collaborating with the Operations team.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on workforce performance, productivity metrics, and operational KPIs.
- Implement and optimize workforce management strategies to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct regular audits of operational processes to identify areas for improvement and process enhancement.
- Partner with stakeholders to forecast workforce requirements and adjust schedules dynamically based on demand.
- Utilize data analytics tools to drive decision-making and support strategic planning for vendor operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM), Vendor Management, or Logistics Operations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and WFM software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce sector is a strong advantage.
